Agree with our terms and conditions, which includes an engagement letter for you to become a client of our law firm.

STEP 1
YOU submit a confidential initial report through our secure, encrypted technologies.
File your report on our secure system. We don’t require any personally identifiable information from you to file a report with us. You will receive a report number which will be how to communicate with through our secure messaging platform. Attorney client privilege will attach immediately through our subsidiary law firm.
Make a copy of your report number and the secure contact information to communicate with us. Unless you provide optional contact information, we cannot reach out to you to follow-up- you will have make initial contact with us.
STEP 2
WE provide legal protection and evaluate your case through our subsidiary law firm.
Ethic Alliance’s team of lawyers provide you legal protection. Our experts will review your report. All communication and follow-up will be done through secure communication services.
STEP 3
WE match you with our experienced law partners who can bring your case to the appropriate regulatory body.
Once the review, follow-up and initial evaluation of your claim is complete, we’ll let you know our findings, and provide recommendations on how to move forward. That usually includes a referral to a law firm that specializes working with the government to litigate your specific type of claim, which can increase chanced of success. We typically remain as co-counsel with them throughout the process, and will be there to help guide you throughout the process and make sure your interests are looked after.
STEP 4
WE help protect your anonymity and distribute any rewards you may be entitled to under the law.
Once a settlement or adjudication of the claim has been reached, we’ll pay the amount owned to you to a bank account of your choice. We also have the ability to transfer the funds in common cryptocurrencies.
