There is no charge to you for our services.

 

Our attorney partners only receive compensation if your report results in a reward from the government under appropriate Federal and/or State laws.

BEFORE FILING YOUR REPORT:

  • Please review our How to Protect Yourself best practices. 

  • Agree with our terms and conditions, which includes an engagement letter with a legal partner to review your claim and attach attorney-client privilege.

  • Becoming an Ethic Alliance client ensures both the confidentiality of your report and attorney-client privilege protecting all of our communications.

STEP 1

YOU submit a confidential initial report through our secure, encrypted technologies.

File your report on our secure system.  We don’t require any personally identifiable information from you to file a report with us. You will receive a 16-digit report receipt number which will be how you communicate with us through our secure messaging platform.  Attorney-client privilege will attach immediately through our legal partner.

  • Make a copy of your secure 16-digit report receipt number and the secure contact information you will use to communicate with us. Unless you provide optional contact information, we cannot reach out to you to follow up after you have made initial contact with us.

STEP 2

WE provide legal protection and evaluate your case through our legal partners.

Ethic Alliance’s team of partner attorneys provides you with legal protection. Our experts will review your report, and all communication and follow-up will be done through secure communication services.


STEP 3

WE match you with our experienced law partners who can bring your case to the appropriate regulatory body.

Once the review, follow-up, and initial evaluation of your claim is complete, we’ll let you know our findings, and provide recommendations on how to move forward. That usually includes a referral to a law firm that specializes in working with the government to litigate your specific type of claim, which can increase your chances of success. There is typically a co-counsel with them so that throughout the process, we will be there to help guide you and make sure your interests are looked after.

STEP 4

WE help protect your anonymity and distribute any rewards you may be entitled to under the law.

Once a settlement or adjudication of the claim has been reached, we’ll pay the amount owed to you to a bank account of your choice. We also can transfer the funds in common cryptocurrencies.
